10 New Year's resolutions you can actually keep!
Now that you can kiss 2015 goodbye, can you name one resolution you kept? I didn't think so. Here are 10 resolutions that you can actually keep!
The first step to being successful at your New Year's Resolutions is be being realistic about yourself. We are all lazy by nature but that doesn't mean we can't be more productive and form good habits.
1. TAKE A WALK AT LUNCH
After staring at your computer for hours get up from out of your cubical and put your feet to the pavement. Free yourself from your computer! Get some fresh air, clear your mind and recharge!
2. NO PHONES DURING DINNER
Make this year about quality time. PUT THE CELL PHONES DOWN AT DINNER and actually have conversations with your family. Who would have thought?! We get so caught up in our phones, it's refreshing to take a break from it.
3. SKIP THE COFFEE, AND CALL YOUR MOM INSTEAD
After your done taking your walk, see resolution #1, call you mom and say hi! Keep those positive endorphins flowing.
4. TRAIN YOURSELF TO WAKE UP WITHOUT AN ALARM CLOCK
Yes, you can really do this. No longer will you be a slave to your dreaded alarm clock. Your body wants to wake up naturally, trust your body.
